(PCC) was established in 1990 with an intial registered capital of 20 million baht through a joint venture between Loxley Public Company Limited and IBM Thailand Company Limited. The Founding objective was to sale and distribute IBM producs and CONCURRENT. – In 1996, the shareholder was changed to Loxbit Public Company Limited (LOXBIT) and registered capital was raised to 330 million baht.
